About us
I'm a multi-faceted entrepreneur. On one hand, I help my husband with his business of installing new raingutters. I built the web site, designed the business cards, and answer the phones for F.A. Seamless Gutters. My husband Fredy has been doing gutters for the past ten years, and he KNOWS what he's doing! We're a small local business, and we appreciate your support.

On the other hand, I have written my own information reference manual available as a pdf. It's titled, "Sad for No Reason: How to Use the Mood Food Connection to Banish Depression Naturally." I researched and wrote for a year to produce this work, drawing on my background as a webmaster for a health and wellness publisher for the past five years. You can read all about my new title here:

- Outstanding work with the text box! I don't know if you knew this but you can also drag the box to the top of the page so that it is the first thing that people see. That way this can serve as a one page web site of sorts. I wish you all the best!
